rpad & lpad no longer clip by default, fixes a very many places that clipped that shouldn't
Out of nearly 40 calls to rpad/lpad I only found 5 that actually wanted clipping.
The one problem in particular I noticed was Shop things with stock > 999 had the stock amount cut off in the thing browser
